Application for admission should be submitted in the prescribed forms, which will be available at the school office during working hours on payment of Rs. 250/- by cash. The original and copy of the birth certificate and a passport size photograph are to be attached with the application form.
The original birth certificates will be returned after verification. Students seeking admission to class II and above are instructed to submit TC at the time of admission. Application forms are to be filled in completely and submitted on time.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM:
- A Passport size photo to be attached to the application form.
- A self attested copy of the Birth Certificate.
- The mark list of the previous school for students seeking admission from class 2 onwards.
- The proof regarding completion of Kinder Garden course attested by the Headmistress /Principal of the previous school for students seeking admission to class I.
THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA ARE CONSIDERED WHILE ADMITTING A CHILD:
- Proficiency in the subjects concerned.
- General conduct and behaviour/discipline.
- Preference for brother/sister of a student already in the school.
- Submission of valid documents
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:
- The Original Birth Certificate (Will be returned after verification except for Class)
- A recognized T.C issued by the previous school.
- The Conduct Certificate from the Principal of the previous school for students seeking admission from Class 6 onwards.
- CBSE registration details for students admitted to class X & XII
- Copy of School Certificates of parents to confirm/ check their names with the document of the child.
- The school offers admission to classes I to IX & XI as per the availability.
- Admission is open to all, irrespective of caste, creed, community or religion.
- Candidates seeking admission to Class I must have attained 51/2 years of age on June 1st.
- Application in the prescribed form should be submitted to the office along with a passport size photograph and a self attested copy of the Birth Certificate .
Students seeking admissions from Class II onwards will have to produce the Original Transfer Certificate from the institution where they had studied previously. Only students who had their course of study in recognized institutions will be given admission. They should also produce a copy of their Progress Report and Conduct Certificate.
Application for Transfer Certificate signed by the Parent / Guardian should be submitted to the Principal in writing. Those who intend to take T.C. at the end of the academic year will have to apply for it. T.C. will be issued only to those who have paid the fee and other dues. T.C. will be issued only after one week from the date of application. T.C. that requires counter signature from the Regional Office Trivandrum will be issued only after two weeks from the date of application.
Uniform attire promotes equality and discipline. The school logo is compulsory for the Uniform and belts. In order to ensure the texture, colour and pattern it is recommended to purchase the uniform materials from the school store. Uniform is compulsory for all the students.
